Awakened

Relating

A 3 day practical spiritual guide to the challenge of human relating

with

Christopher Hareesh Wallis

Koh Phangan, Thailand

January 26-28 2019

Photographer Jackie Rose Helpern

RELATE TO OTHERS FROM YOUR DEEPEST TRUTH

The arena of close relationships is often where we struggle most in life. We need a new paradigm, a coherent design for living, a value set that brings clarity to the ways we relate, coupled with modes of compassionate communication that help us understand each other.
This groundbreaking workshop draws on key teachings of the original Tantrik tradition that provide the clarity so needed in this area of life. We will explore in detail how the core Tantrik values of autonomy, radical authenticity, openness, self-empowerment, and intimacy with reality play out in relationships of all kinds- platonic, friends, family, work colleges, as well as romantic relationships

WORKSHOP INFO

AWAKENED RELATIONSHIPS

How can you be 100% true to yourself and still get your needs met? How can you fully respect the principle of consent while exercising your full autonomy?

How can we honour each person's experience while simultaneously not getting caught in their mind-games? And how can we acknowledge the truth of oneness without falling into the trap of spiritual bypassing?

All these questions and more will be explored in depth, and you will receive Hareesh's unpublished "10 Principles of Awakened Relating".

Bonus topics: polyamory, neotantra, and spiritual bypassing

CHRISTOPHER HAREESH

WALLIS

Christopher Wallis, Ph.D., also known as Hareesh, is a rare kind of teacher: one who is fluent in Sanskrit, who has received lineage-transmission from multiple streams, and has completed the highest level of academic study of the tradition he practices.

Hareesh is the author of Tantra Illuminated: The Philosophy, History, and Practice of a Timeless Tradition and The Recognition Sutras: Illuminating a 1,000-Year-Old Spiritual Masterpiece.

If you’re seeking authoritative knowledge of classical Tantra and Tantrik Yoga, there are only a handful of English-speaking teachers in the world who have those qualifications. Hareesh is the first of them to teach on Koh- Phangan.

AMANEcurated is IN LOVE with our partners Fifteen Trees(15trees.com.au), who are working hard to improve our fucked up relationship to the environment.

Due to the large number of flights being taken from participants and teacher to meet us, we feel it imperative to contribute to this cause by PLANTING AN AVERAGE OF 100 TREES PER RETREAT WE SERVE

If you'd like to plant more trees on your own, check out their cool project through the link above!
