An 5-day retreat into classical

Tantrik Yoga

Christopher Hareesh Wallis

Lorne, Australia

February 13-18 2020

Classical Nondual Shaiva Tantra is a tradition that arose in times of great uncertainty when people were seeking modes of empowerment that would allow them to determine their own fate in challenging times, as well as access to a wellspring of joy that is independent of external circumstance.

Our own time is not so different. We all long for teachings and practices that effectively connect us to a source of inner power, freedom, and joy, without having to abandon our responsibilities or disconnect from our daily lives.

In this retreat, we gather to explore a rich panoply of teachings and practices from the Shaiva tradition, carefully curated to create an impactful and life-changing experience. Shaiva Tantra specializes in awareness cultivation techniques that can be done anywhere, anytime to great benefit.

You return home with the spiritual tools to effectively integrate these practices into everyday life.

The practice of classical Tantrik Yoga is fundamentally about experiencing your true nature: simple, blissful, awake, aware presence.

This retreat is a deep dive into the classical practices of Tantra that give you access to that truth with ease and grace rather than effortful striving.

*Please note: there will be no sexual practices or partner practices; this is a traditional-style Tantrik Yoga retreat

Hareesh is the author of Tantra Illuminated:

The Philosophy, History, and Practice of a Timeless Tradition and The Recognition Sutras: Illuminating a 1,000-Year-Old Spiritual Masterpiece.

If you’re seeking authoritative knowledge of classical Tantra and Tantrik Yoga, there are only a handful of English-speaking teachers in the world who have those qualifications.

The retreat will be held in the beautiful Otway Ranges, Victoria. 2 hours drive from Melbourne & 30 minutes from Lorne, on the Great Ocean Road (one of the most spectacular sceneries in Australia.)

The venue is nestled on the north-facing hillside of the Pennyroyal Valley. Consisting of five cottages, Lodge & Hall & saltwater pool. Surrounded by tranquil nature with bush-walking tracks and waterfalls abound in the immediate vicinity and within close reach are the beautiful beaches along the Great Ocean Road and the wonders of the Otway National Park
